Fabricator/Assembler – Contract to Hire $20-$24

Location: Rochester, NY

Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components and products using blueprints and technical instructions
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and industrial machinery safely and efficiently
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet high standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with a team to improve workflow and productivity
• Accurately document production and report progress

What You Bring:

• Experience in assembly, production, or light manufacturing
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
