Position Overview:
We’re looking for an energetic and motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our team. This is an entry-level role with plenty of opportunity for growth. You’ll receive training and support from industry professionals while learning how to prospect, develop client relationships, and help businesses move their freight efficiently. If you’re eager to start a career in logistics and sales, this is the perfect opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support senior sales team members with prospecting and client outreach.

• Learn to identify potential customers and generate leads.

• Assist in maintaining customer relationships and handling inquiries.

• Shadow client meetings and sales calls to gain experience.

• Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure excellent service delivery.

• Work toward developing your own sales pipeline as you grow in the role.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in sales, logistics, or customer service is an asset, but not required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Highly motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable with outreach activities (phone, email, networking).

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities.

• A team player with a positive attitude.
