Our client in Fremont, Michigan is seeking an onsite Contact Center Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, computer and systems knowledge and customer service skills which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
💬 Deliver exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and nutrition education
🛒 Facilitate eCommerce transactions and support digital initiatives
🧾 Process quality incidents in compliance with FDA standards
🧠 Use Salesforce CRM (Engage OMNI) and handle consumer data with care
🕒 May require availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 engagement center

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Solid problem-solving and interpersonal abilities
Comfortable with computer systems and CRM platforms
Proven customer service experience
