Job Description
Will assist in the instructional design and delivery of a blended training program on subjects related to UCPath software and systems, primarily related to Peoplesoft 9.2.
Reporting to the Training Manager will determine training needs and assist in building solutions to close skill gaps of u learning new processes, procedures, technology improvements, and related subjects.
Responsibilities
30% Designs, develops and implements digital training materials (e.g. animations, interactive elements, simulations, video, etc)
30% Designs and delivers tailored training for each audience group through facilitated instructor-led sessions, web-based courses or other delivery methods.
20% Research, review and validate content with appropriate subject matter experts and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and managing iterations, as required.
20% Work with functional and technical subject matter experts to translate knowledge and processes into course content.

Required Skills & Experience Experience designing, developing, and maintaining end-user training.
Experience in instructional design and development working from storyboards and using screen recording, captions and course authoring software such as Camtasia, Articulate, or similar software.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience in instructional design and development using Oracle User Productivity Kit (UPK).
Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience collaborating with technical teams on technical development and testing.
