Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance professional to oversee maintenance operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and industrial maintenance experience, with a focus on ensuring optimal performance of equipment and systems. This role requires effective leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and quality standards.

Duties

• Lead a team of maintenance technicians in performing routine and emergency maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance on hydraulic systems, HVAC/R units, and electrical systems including high voltage and low voltage applications.
• Perform welding tasks including stick welding as necessary for repairs or modifications.
• Utilize precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters for diagnostics and analysis.
• Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues effectively.
• Provide technical support during field service operations, ensuring customer satisfaction through quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with technical sales teams to provide insights on equipment performance and customer needs.
• Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and conducting regular safety inspections.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an industrial mechanic or in a similar maintenance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in industrial maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems, hydraulics, programmable logic controllers (PLCs), and electrical systems is essential.
• Ability to read schematics and perform diagnostics using precision measuring instruments.
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues effectively.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred, along with strong communication skills in English.
• Military experience is a plus but not required.
