HR Generalist Duties:

• Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee records maintenance, and routine HR correspondence with a strong focus on accuracy and data entry.
• Assist in guiding team members on HR policies and best practices, providing informal leadership and support to ensure consistent application across the organization.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and handling interview scheduling while keeping applicant data well organized.
• Manage and audit HR databases and personnel files to ensure compliance, data integrity, and timely updates.
• Partner with supervisors and staff to address basic employee relations matters and escalate issues as needed.

Schedule:

• Day Shift
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with occasional afternoon or weekend work as needed for business events.

Pay:

30.00 to 35.00 per hour

HR Generalist Requirements:

• At least four years of HR experience
• At least two years of leave experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proven leadership experience
