Position Overview

We are seeking motivated licensed insurance professionals who want to take control of their careers. This is a commission-only position with 50/50 commission splits on both new and renewal business . That means your effort pays you today and in the future —every client you bring on becomes a long-term income stream. You’ll have the freedom to set your own schedule, work from home, and generate your own leads while selling home and auto insurance .

From day one , you’ll have the ability to write with top national carriers including Progressive, Geico, Allstate, Nationwide, Farmers, Liberty Mutual, Travelers, and more.

Responsibilities

• Sell personal lines insurance (home and auto)

• Generate and manage your own leads

• Advise clients on insurance coverage options tailored to their needs

• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain client relationships

• Stay up-to-date with carrier guidelines and compliance standards

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license (P&C)

• 3–5 years of experience in the insurance industry preferred

• Independent agency experience strongly preferred

• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset

• Strong communication and sales skills

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Must provide your own leads

Compensation

This is a commission-only role with a 50/50 split on both new and renewal business . Unlike many sales jobs, your income doesn’t stop after the first sale — you’ll earn year after year on renewals , creating a stable and growing income stream for yourself. The harder you work, the more you earn — with no income ceiling.
