Job Description

Our client, a leader in the Aerospace & Defense industry, is seeking a Project Manager to join their team full-time. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Operations team supporting the production planning and control processes. This is a brand-new facility in Charleston, SC, so greenfield facility project management would be a requirement in someone's background. 

Job Title:  Project Manager

Location: Charleston, SC 29456

Pay Range: $110,000 - $120,000/yearly

What's the Job?

• Develop and manage the project plan including scope, timeline, and resource allocation.
• Define project deliverables, milestones, and manage risks to achieve deliverables and create a production plan.
• Responsible for execution of the production plan by managing material, resources, and manpower.
• Monitor daily plan versus actual performance according to the production plan and mitigate ongoing challenges.
• Track material availability until the Full Kit is in place and maintain the production plan in ERP systems.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (preference being Engineering)
• At least 2 years’ experience in production planning and control.
• 2+ years of greenfield facility project management.
