Finance Manager – Homebuilding
Location: Orlando, FL
Compensation: $110,000 – $140,000 + Bonus

About the Role

As the Finance Manager , you will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy and driving operational efficiency. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for multiple homebuilding projects, supporting the company's continued growth and long-term planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes

• Develop and manage cash flow models and financial reports

• Track and analyze project costs, ensuring accurate coding and timely closings

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with KPI and variance analysis

• Build financial models to evaluate feasibility and profitability of new developments

• Oversee financing documentation, monitor compliance with loan covenants, and support audits

• Enhance financial processes, internal controls, and reporting systems; assist with system upgrades

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or MBA preferred)

• 5+ years of progressive finance experience, ideally within construction or project-based industries

• Strong background in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial modeling

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial reporting software

• Exceptional analytical and communication skills

• Experience with construction or industry-specific accounting platforms

• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
