Family Medicine Physician
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $305000.00 - $425000.00

Competitive annual salary: $285,000 to $305,000 with a two-year salary guarantee (1.00 FTE)

Your Responsibilities:
Take charge of patient care from clinical history review to diagnosis and treatment
Collaborate with a dynamic healthcare team
Maintain your patient panel and share call coverage for the clinic

Qualifications:
MD or DO with a four-year medical school or equivalent
Completion of internal or family medicine residency
Board-certified or board-eligible in internal or family medicine
Current Oregon state medical license, DEA certificate, and BLS certification from the American Heart Association
