Position Overview As an Electronics Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in the assembly of our advanced, personally authenticated firearms. You’ll work hands-on with high-quality components, contributing to a finished product that prioritizes safety and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble firearm components with precision and care to meet quality standards.
Conduct visual inspections to ensure parts are free of defects.
Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Always Work safely, following specific safety processes and procedures
Perform additional duties as requested.
Qualifications
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
Required: Fine motor skills and attention to detail.
Required: Clean criminal record (no felony charges).
Required: Ability to pass Drug Screen.
Preferred: Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing roles.
Work Environment
Fast-paced manufacturing facility.
Requires standing for extended periods.
Schedule
Monday to Thursday 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (10-hour shift). Hours may vary based on business needs
Compensation and Benefits
Starting wage: $18/hour.
