Job Description

Staffmark is hiring a reliable and hardworking Dock Worker in Rogers, AR! If you're detail-oriented, comfortable working in cold environments, and enjoy being part of a team that keeps operations running smoothly, this could be the perfect fit.

Pay: $15.00/hour

Shifts Available:

• Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Monday - Friday | 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Responsibilities

• Label products quickly and accurately as they exit the blast cells
• Inspect and ensure all pallets are wrapped properly and damage-free before entering the freezer
• Replace damaged or broken pallets as needed
• Assist fellow dock workers with high-priority tasks
• Maintain a clean and organized dock area (sweeping, general upkeep)
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Work in cold temperatures (around 30F)

Qualifications

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Comfortable working in cold environments
• Basic calculator skills
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork
