Job Description

*Key Responsibilities*
* Troubleshoot issues with desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and related IT equipment.
* Coordinate with on-site support vendors to resolve hardware issues at remote locations.
* Prepare, image, ship, and track computers and accessories.
* Maintain accurate asset inventory throughout the device lifecycle.
* Manage incident and task tickets in the ticketing system, ensuring adherence to SLAs.
* Provide exceptional technical support to users both remotely and in person.
* Create and update documentation and knowledge base articles for internal use.
* Collaborate with IT teams and other departments to resolve cross-functional issues.
* Assist with user training and provide guidance as needed.
* Support technology-related projects and deployments as required.
*Job Type & Location*
This is a Contract position based out of Syracuse, NY.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
