Position Summary: Join our team as a Customer Service Associate, where you will provide exceptional customer experiences while utilizing your consultative skills to understand and meet customer needs. You will assist customers with printing, signage, and shipping services, ensuring they receive informed recommendations and solutions tailored to their requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service by anticipating needs and suggesting suitable alternatives.
• Take and process complex customer orders accurately, offering detailed pricing and product information.
• Assemble and prepare parcels for shipping, ensuring all items are packaged securely.
• Maintain and operate printing and shipping equipment, keeping everything in optimal working order.
• Support merchandise presentation by staying current on retail products and ensuring proper signage displays.
• Handle financial transactions using a Point of Sale terminal and maintain confidentiality of customer information.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Essential Functions:

• Ability to stand for the entire shift, with breaks as needed.
• Capability to lift and move items weighing up to 55 pounds.
• Consistent bending and twisting to assist with store tasks.
