Controller

Controller Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and ongoing management of the MRP system from an accounting perspective.
• Prepare and present internal and external financial reports.
• Serve as technical expert and ensure compliance with GAAP.
• Prepare and review of tax returns and filings.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team.

Controller Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree is required. MBA or CPA is preferred.
• 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• External financial reporting experience required
• Experience in public accounting or working with a private equity owned business a plus.
• Cost Accounting/Manufacturing experience preferred.
