We are looking for a detail-oriented Contracts Administrator to join our team on a contract basis in West Palm Beach, Florida. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the contract lifecycle, providing administrative support, and ensuring seamless coordination across various phases of contract execution. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including leadership, project teams, and legal representatives.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process contract documents using approved templates and reference materials.
• Utilize AI tools, such as Document Crunch, to review and analyze contract documentation.
• Coordinate reviews, approvals, and signatures through platforms including SharePoint and DocuSign.
• Ensure compliance with authority guidelines and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain version control and organize contract files within SharePoint folders.
• Communicate updates regarding contract status to relevant internal teams.
• Identify and resolve missing or incorrect information in contract documents.
• Support the final filing and closure of agreements after execution.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in contract administration, project coordination, or managing construction documentation.
• Knowledge of construction contract types, such as general contractor or subcontractor agreements, is preferred.
• Proficiency in using document tracking systems like DocuSign, AdobeSign, or SharePoint.
• Familiarity with document execution tools, such as Document Crunch.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with remote leadership and on-site teams.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
