We are a fast-growing commercial roofing contractor based in Houston, TX. Our company is built on a reputation for quality, trust, and long-term client relationships. We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Roofing Estimator with strong account management capabilities to join our leadership-aligned team and help scale our operations.

We are looking for a Commercial Roofing Estimator & Account Manager with 5+ years of experience in estimating commercial roofing projects and working with The EDGE estimating software. This role will work closely with the company owners, taking over key house accounts and continuing to grow those relationships through consistent communication and professional estimating practices. You’ll be instrumental in both bidding new work and managing existing client portfolios .

• Prepare accurate, detailed, and competitive estimates using The EDGE software .
• Review project specifications, architectural drawings, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Collaborate with owners and sales team to develop strategic bids and proposals.
• Conduct site visits and attend pre-bid meetings when necessary.
• Maintain knowledge of current industry pricing, materials, and labor rates.

• Manage and grow existing house accounts currently handled by the company president.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing consistent communication and follow-up.
• Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries, project updates, and service needs.
• Build long-term relationships based on trust, integrity, and quality service.

• Work directly with the company owners to support the execution of their client strategies.
• Coordinate with the production and service departments to ensure successful project execution and handoff.
• Assist in developing long-term sales and growth strategies for key accounts.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roofing estimating and account management
• Proficiency in The EDGE estimating software
• Deep knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, Modified Bitumen, Metal, etc.).
• Strong understanding of construction documents, takeoffs, and scopes of work.
• Previous experience managing or supporting client accounts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

• Experience with CRM systems (ie Salesforce, Netsuite, etc)
• Prior work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial roofing or construction environment.
• Ability to build rapport with clients ranging from property managers to building owners and general contractors
