Your Role

As a Commercial Business Development Manager , you'll be responsible for developing strong client relationships and helping businesses find cleaning and restoration solutions that meet their unique needs.

You'll be out in the community, attending trade shows and networking events, and meeting with prospective clients face-to-face. Using your consultative sales skills, you'll generate leads, build your pipeline, and close new business.

In this role, you'll prepare and present custom proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain all relevant notes and customer details in our CRM system. When clients have questions or concerns, you'll handle them professionally and promptly.

You'll also work closely with internal team members to ensure smooth handoffs and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience every time.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field

  • 2+ years of successful sales experience

  • Experience in the commercial cleaning or restoration industry preferred

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office; HubSpot or CRM experience is a plus

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Ability to develop and deliver customized sales proposals

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
