Role Description We are seeking dependable and motivated Independent Cargo Van Drivers to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site 1099 contractor role based in Michigan. Drivers are responsible for safely loading, transporting, and delivering goods to clients and businesses on time. You must own a Cargo Van to perform this role. Additional responsibilities include route planning, coordinating with dispatchers, maintaining delivery schedules, and ensuring your vehicle is in good condition. Medical courier and high-volume delivery routes are available for drivers ready to take on consistent work. Responsibilities Safely load, transport, and deliver goods to clients and businesses on time Plan routes and coordinate with dispatchers to maintain delivery schedules Maintain the vehicle and ensure it is in good working condition Operate as a medical courier or on high-volume delivery routes if assigned Qualifications Valid Drivers License and clean driving record Must own a reliable Cargo Van Must carry full auto coverage insurance on the vehicle Must be able to provide proof of insurance and vehicle verification Experience driving cargo vans or similar vehicles Excellent time-management and organizational skills Strong customer service and communication skills Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation systems Ability to handle physical tasks such as loading and unloading goods (up to 30 lbs) Basic mechanical knowledge for minor vehicle maintenance High school diploma or equivalent Senioriy level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Management and Manufacturing Industries Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage #J-18808-Ljbffr 3D Logistics Transportation, LLC
