Compensation: Competitive salary, annual performance bonuses, and regular salary increases.
Paid Time Off: 50–55 days of paid time off annually (including 26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays, and up to 5 days for CME, plus the possibility of 12 weeks of paid parental leave).
Retirement: Traditional federal pension (with 5 years vesting) and a federal 401K with up to 5% contributions from the organization.
