Cardiology - Physician Opportunity at Our Academic Medical Center
We are an academic medical institution in search of a fellowship-trained cardiologist with expertise in advanced heart failure, mechanical circulatory support, and cardiac transplantation. This role involves delivering both inpatient and outpatient care, engaging in research and educational activities, and securing a faculty position (minimum rank of Assistant Professor). Candidates must possess an MD/DO (or equivalent), be board certified or eligible in Cardiology and Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant, and qualify for an unrestricted medical license in Pennsylvania. The Department of Medicine is actively seeking an additional fellowship-trained cardiologist with a strong background in heart failure and transplantation. Our Heart and Vascular Institute (THVI) is renowned for its clinical achievements, particularly in managing heart failure, bi-ventricular mechanical support, and cardiac transplantation.
