Our client is a large manufacturing organization with locations around the world. This is a direct hire Buyer (Scheduler) position, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their competitive benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Details:
• Monday – Friday 8am-5pm with hybrid work schedule
Monday-Wednesday onsite in office
Thursday/Friday –Work from home/Remote
- $60,000-68,000
- Apex, North Carolina
Position Information:
- Place purchase orders/requisitions for products and obtain delivery commitment from vendor
- Update purchase order data in SAP to give accurate visibility to internal partners/teams
- Identify supply constraints and work with stakeholders to develop resolution with minimal or no impact to production
- Documentation of supplier complaints to develop corrective actions
- Collaborate on continuous improvement projects to optimize purchasing and scheduling functions
- Assist with organization new hire training and other office/administrative responsibilities
Required Experience:
- 1-3 years of recent experience with SAP
- Experience within a Manufacturing, Logistics or Supply Chain role
- Proficiency with MS office suite, including MS Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along
- Strong relationship building and customer service skills
