Position Details Position Title: Bookstore Remote Event Team Lead Student Status: Work Study Optional – You are not required to be a Federal Work Study Recipient to hold this position. Work Location: Springfield Campus Department: Bookstore Hiring Range: $15.00 Sponsorship Information: Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. full-time for any employer. This position does not offer visa sponsorship. Operating Hours: Varies depending on events. Hours per week: 20+ hours Main Duties Coach, develop, and train a team of student employees to meet customer needs and store goals. Provide excellent customer service and guide student employees. Create a positive work environment and promote teamwork. Ensure proper staffing during business hours and adherence to procedures. Maintain professionalism in appearance, conduct, and judgment. Oversee game day operations, merchandise, cleanliness, and vendor relationships. Handle customer concerns, emergencies, and disruptions appropriately. Provide input on merchandise reordering and expiration. Promote cultural respect and skill development. Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to store success. Qualifications Enrolled at Missouri State University. Flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and breaks.
