This is a Hybrid opportunity, local to the Upstate of South Carolina.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our clients team. This role involves managing financial records for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance while collaborating with both in-house staff and remote team members. The ideal candidate will excel in maintaining organized financial data and delivering exceptional client support.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily bookkeeping tasks for a variety of small business clients, including recording transactions and reconciling accounts.

• Prepare monthly and year-end financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Utilize QuickBooks Online to maintain precise and consistent financial records.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, assisting with payroll and tax-related tasks as needed.

• Communicate directly with clients to address inquiries and provide updates on their accounts.

• Collaborate with internal accounting and tax teams to ensure seamless financial reporting.

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience, with proficiency in QuickBooks Online.

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing outstanding client service.
