Job Description
We’re looking for a charismatic, skilled, and dependable Bartender to join our team at Horsefeathers Kitchen and Cocktails. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in crafting quality beverages, and maintains a clean, welcoming bar space.
Responsibilities:
•\tPrepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and flair
•\tEngage guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a memorable experience
•\tMaintain a clean and organized bar area, including glassware, tools, and surfaces
•\tMonitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
•\tFollow all safety and sanitation guidelines, including responsible alcohol service
•\tCollaborate with event staff to ensure seamless service during private functions
•\tHandle cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently
•\tAssist with setup and breakdown of bar stations for events
What We’re Looking For:
•\tProven bartending experience with a strong knowledge of classic and creative cocktails
•\tExcellent communication and customer service skills
•\tAbility to multitask and stay composed under pressure
•\tCommitment to cleanliness, organization, and attention to detail
•\tA team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
•\tMust be 18+ and possess any required local certifications for alcohol service
