Job Summary: The Assistant General Manager at VP Management will work alongside the General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and overall success of our Pikeville, KY location. This individual contributor role is a full-time, salaried position with a competitive pay. Responsibilities:

• Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the Pikeville location, including but not limited to: sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee supervision.
• Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed and enforced by all employees.
• Utilize excellent leadership skills to motivate and coach team members, driving them to meet and surpass sales goals.
• Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing and resolving any issues or complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Oversee inventory levels and ordering to ensure that the store is adequately stocked at all times.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Assist in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to increase store revenue and profitability.
• Uphold and promote a positive and inclusive work culture at all times.
