Responsibilities:

• Process and manage accounts receivable activities, ensuring timely and accurate completion of transactions.

• Conduct commercial collections to resolve outstanding balances and maintain positive client relationships.

• Oversee billing functions, including invoice preparation and distribution.

• Monitor and reconcile daily cash activity to ensure accurate financial records.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address discrepancies and improve financial workflows.

• Generate and analyze reports related to accounts receivable and cash flow.

• Maintain compliance with company policies and financial regulations.

• Proven experience in accounts receivable, cash applications, and billing functions.
• Strong knowledge of commercial collections processes.
