Base pay range $80,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Additional compensation Annual Bonus Our client is seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable Manager for an on-site position located in the Detroit, MI area. Responsibilities : Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and team, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll functions Manage customer billing and collections, invoicing and payments, and contact customers with past-due accounts Cash receipt entry and daily cash balances Collaborate with business partners and manufacturing operations leaders Serve as a backup to the Controller Handle onsite HR functions for staff as needed Qualifications and Experience : Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred) Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant accounting positions Understanding of ERP systems and ability to drive improvements Experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment preferred High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail Demonstrated project management and process improvement skills Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Manufacturing and Machinery Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr X-Factor Consulting
