What You’ll Do

As an Entry Level Sales Representative , you’ll play a key part in supporting clients as they navigate their benefit options. Your responsibilities will include:

• Serve as a trusted contact for clients, answer questions, provide guidance, and support their coverage needs.
• Assist with service requests such as account updates and basic claims guidance to ensure a smooth experience.
• Engage in consultative conversations to understand client needs and recommend suitable protection plans.
• Stay informed on current services, product updates, and regulatory changes.
• Manage essential tasks including scheduling appointments, completing documentation, and maintaining accurate client records.
